-ETHICAL PRACTICES; Honesty is meaningless without a high standard of business ethics.  Make sure your interests are protected by choosing a Realtor who knows and understands every detail of the home buying or selling process and will not compromise business ethics for the sake of a quick deal.

-MARKET KNOWLEDGE: The Valley Real Estate market is constantly shifting.  Be sure your Realtor is aware of current market conditions, pricing and trends and is prepared to guide you through the right decisions based on that information.
